Mandy Queen PR launches two new AI Reputation and Authority services

I’ve launched two new services to help businesses understand how they appear in AI-powered search and identify what they can do to strengthen their reputation and visibility.
The International AI Reputation & Authority Healthcheck provides an independent review and practical recommendations. The International AI Reputation & Authority Programme provides ongoing communications support to put those priorities into practice.
Both are for organisations entering new markets, growing internationally or strengthening their profile.
Does your public profile reflect your expertise?
A business can have considerable experience, strong customer relationships and excellent results without communicating those strengths clearly.
Its website may explain what it sells but provide little evidence of what it has achieved. Case studies may remain in sales presentations. Senior people may have valuable expertise that rarely reaches a wider audience.
When someone researches that business, they can only assess the information available to them.
The same question matters when we examine AI-search answers: does the organisation’s public profile give an accurate, convincing account of its expertise?
That is where these services start.
I look at how your organisation is described, which sources are cited, how selected competitors appear and where important information is missing or inaccurate. I then recommend communications activity that can strengthen the evidence supporting your business.
Building on my international communications experience
These services build on the work I’ve done throughout my career: helping organisations explain their value, establish credibility and reach the people who matter to their business.
I’ve worked in senior in-house communications and marketing roles and built and led my own consultancy in Hong Kong, supporting more than 100 clients.
My experience spans the UK, Asia and North America, with work for organisations including Lindt & Sprüngli, Messe Frankfurt, Global Sources and Pudu Robotics.
That has involved international media relations, leadership profiling, market entry, launches, trade shows and reputation management.
It has also shown me how often businesses underestimate the knowledge, experience and evidence they already hold and how much stronger their communications become when they put those assets to work.
The new services apply that experience to how businesses are represented in AI-powered search.
What will the Healthcheck examine?
Every organisation has different priorities, so the review starts with your business objectives, audiences and markets.
We agree the questions that matter to the people you want to reach. These might concern your services, sector expertise, leadership, market experience or suitability as a supplier or partner.
I review those questions across selected AI-search tools and examine the public sources cited in the answers.
I also assess your messaging, website content, leadership profiles, relevant media coverage and supporting evidence.
The aim is to identify the gaps and opportunities that deserve your attention.
For example, an answer may repeat outdated information. A competitor may have useful published case studies while your own results remain largely undocumented. Your leadership profiles may overlook experience that matters to prospective customers in a new market.
Each finding leads to a practical recommendation.
What does the Healthcheck include?
You receive written findings, prioritised recommendations and a practical 90-day communications roadmap.
We then meet for a 90-minute strategy session to discuss the findings, agree the most important actions and identify what your team can deliver internally and where additional support may help.
The Healthcheck costs £2,250 + VAT for an agreed scope.
It gives businesses access to an experienced, independent assessment before committing to a wider communications programme.
Ongoing support through the Programme
For organisations that want help putting the recommendations into practice, the International AI Reputation & Authority Programme provides ongoing senior communications support.
Depending on your priorities, that can include positioning and messaging, case studies, executive thought leadership, website and newsroom content, targeted international media relations, and communications around market entry, launches and trade shows.
We agree the scope and measures at the outset, then review progress and adjust priorities as the work develops.
Programmes start from £4,000 per month + VAT.
AI-generated answers change over time, and neither service guarantees inclusion, citation or ranking. The work focuses on assessing your current position and strengthening the clarity, credibility and consistency of your public profile.
