When your organisation has a temporary gap in senior communications leadership, I can step in at PR Director or Head of Communications level to provide continuity, direction and experienced support. With more than 25 years in PR and communications, including senior in-house roles in the UK and 17 years working across Asia, I can quickly assess priorities, work with senior leaders and teams, manage agencies and provide direction across corporate communications, media relations, reputation, issues and stakeholder communications. Interim support can cover maternity or parental leave, recruitment gaps, periods of change or growth, major projects and launches, or additional senior capacity when your existing team needs it. Available on a flexible part-time or interim basis, with the level of support tailored to the assignment. Fees start from £7,000 per month, with scope, time commitment and responsibilities agreed in advance
