When your organisation has a temporary gap in senior communications leadership, or needs experienced Communications Director-level support without another permanent hire, I can step in to provide continuity, strategic direction and senior counsel. With more than 25 years in PR and communications, including senior in-house roles in the UK and 17 years working across Asia, I can quickly assess priorities, advise senior leaders, identify communications and reputational risks and opportunities, and give internal teams, agencies and other partners clear strategic direction. My experience spans communications strategy, corporate communications, media relations, reputation and issues management, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership and international communications. Support can cover maternity or parental leave, recruitment gaps, periods of change or growth, international expansion, major projects and launches, or additional senior leadership capacity for an existing communications or marketing team. Available on a flexible fractional, part-time or interim basis, with the level of support tailored to the assignment. Fractional and interim Communications Director support from £7,000 per month, depending on the scope, time commitment and level of responsibility required.
