I independently review your launch plans from a communications and reputation perspective, including positioning and messaging, target audiences, launch story, media and influencer opportunities, partnerships, timing, communications risks and where to focus your PR and marketing budget. You receive a practical, prioritised action plan covering what should happen before launch, at launch and during the first 90 days. Your team, PR agency or other suppliers can then use the recommendations to guide implementation. The review starts from £950, depending on the scale and complexity of the launch. Additional senior advisory support is available if you need an experienced sounding board as the launch progresses.
