About Me: Mandy Queen PR, International PR Consultant
I’m Mandy Queen, an experienced international PR consultant currently based in the UK.
I started my marketing communications career in FMCG at Scottish & Newcastle, then progressed to Head of Communications at a UK-wide seafood body. In 2005, I moved to Asia, where I worked in-house for global trade shows, and in 2010, I started my own PR & marketing agency, serving clients including the Agriculture & Horticulture Development Board, British Council, Lindt & Sprüngli, and Tencent.
For more than 25 years, I’ve helped organisations expand globally, build influential brands, and maximise their results at trade shows and events across new markets.
I'm a Global Scot, a long-term member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, an international mentor with Dundee Chamber, a consultant with Business Gateway, and a contributor to Global Scot. I have provided contributions to key industry events:

Values & Community
Beyond client work, I use communications to drive positive change. I co‑founded CreativeMornings Hong Kong, led PR for Asia's largest LGBTQ+ festival, Pink Season, for two years, and was instrumental in the success of The Helper documentary on migrant workers' rights.
I've also built campaigns that deliver social impact – including a food rescue initiative that secured £30,000 worth of food for Feeding Hong Kong and a two-year PR programme for the Hong Kong Cancer Fund that supported awareness and fundraising efforts.
My background in art and creativity shapes how I approach brand storytelling – I focus on honest, human narratives, not just press releases.
