After executing the MQPR Communications Brand Immersion Workshop, I work within the MQPR Communications Model that integrates Paid, Earned, Shared, and Owned media to get the best results.

After a clear understanding of who your stakeholders are, you will receive a paid, shared, and owned social media strategy that will help to increase the reach, awareness, and engagement of your brand.

Public relations is not just media relations but includes owned content. I'll help you to devise original content from blog posts to newsletters, whitepapers to online press releases that will help you to build your reputation, attract attention and deepen customer relationships through your own communications channels.

I will help you to identify opportunities for media coverage. I will help you to find the good news and frame that story for your stakeholders, with authenticity and integrity. I will also provide you with advice on the right channels to communicate that message and how to handle each interview.

A crisis plan is a necessary precaution that will enable you to communicate with your stakeholders with one clear voice across appropriate communication channels, reducing the impact of a significant issue that may threaten your reputation. You need to position yourself as the voice of trust, credibility, and leadership during a crisis.

This programme will provide you with a unique vision, mission, and values tailored to your strengths as well as help you to outline your target audience and key messages. This will form the basis of your strategic communications plan which will set you for success.

I work with the UK's Agricultural Horticulture Development Board to raise awareness of premium and sustainable meat from Britain across Hong Kong, Macau. The project requires regular evaluation of the out of home and at home market and devising campaigns that put meat from Britain front of mind. Campaigns created include a successful annual Young Chef Competition, Cantonese menu media dinners and a bi-lingual social media marketing and ad campaign.

I successfully collaborated with the Scottish Government and Scotland Re:Designed in Hong Kong to showcase Scottish fashion and textile designers at PMQ. I organised a media tour and interviews; a media partnership; a VIP event featuring fashion buyers and high level stakeholders; engagement with local fashion influencers; and bi-lingual social media marketing.

I represented British Council over a period of several years. I leveraged connections with media outlets read by target audiences to ensure maximum coverage and social media impact for their annual arts and education festival - SPARK at Twai Kwun, their participation at the Hong Kong Book Festival and other arts and literature events.

I have worked with FIRST.Org for a number of years. I am their key consultant for all communications from global media relations to the design and writing of their annual report and newsletters.

I worked with Emack & Bolio's for a number of years developing a wide number of creative concepts, such as National Ice Cream Month, to get hundreds of media items, social media engagement and influencer engagement.  Not surprisingly we got spectacular results.

I launched Ovolo Group's new F&B brand - Komune with a successful media, influencer and social media campaign. The resulting coverage and awareness resulted in Komune going to no1 on Trip Advisor and becoming the talk of the town.

I developed a bi-lingual earned and paid social media strategy that resulted in 400 leads for Informa, the organisers of Cosmoprof Asia.

I worked with Emerald Lake to educate the media across Hong Kong about their new concept - Weave Co-living.  It was a long and challenging process, but in the end—not surprisingly—we came out with spectacular results across the media with hundreds of articles and interviews with the founder and about Weave.

Happy Clients

We have worked with Mandy Queen over many years for different companies, and she's never disappointed, not even once!  She has done stellar PR work and I've personally seen how she has come out winning even through extremely difficult projects.  I would really recommend this the PR agency of choice in Hong Kong.

Wendy Yung - Economist Events

We were fortunate enough to work with Mandy during our fundraising Kickstarter campaign for The Helper documentary and I can honestly say the campaign wouldn’t have been a success if we hadn’t had the agency on board!  From strategic thinking and planning, to utilizing their extensive network of both English and Chinese language media to achieve first rate press coverage -  she really got our messaging out across all platforms to ensure huge public awareness of the film throughout Hong Kong.

Joanna Bowers - The Helper Documentary

Mandy was a key partner of Emarsys for many years, managing our media relationships and creating buzz around our proposition. She worked with us through many campaigns, offering direction and inspiration, helping us to frame our ideas, running with us as we developed those ideas into fleshed out messages and, critically, making sure those stories got to all the right people and were published in all the right places. Mandy's highly personal approach to business means that working with her was not only ‘highly effective’ but also ‘highly enjoyable.’ A class act.

Stuart Barker - Emarsys

Comexposium launched a pan-regional Asian edition of its world leading event CARTES Secure Connexions in Hong Kong. Mandy helped us to create awareness about a new exhibition and conference, to attract new exhibitors and visitors from across the region, to optimise media coverage pre-event, during the show and afterwards. Mandy's team excelled, having to understand a constantly and rapidly evolving hi-tech sector and to promote a new event across several countries. We were delighted to work with such a friendly and professional team.

Michael Weatherseed - Comexposium

Thank you for all of your support during our Annual Conference this year in Bangkok. How you were able to hit the ground running - from the networking with our top sponsors and SC members at the Sunday night reception through the busy day with the Prime Minister and turning out a Press Release on Monday, we really could not have covered it all without you!  The insight you were able to provide FIRST on overall PR strategy and input on key messaging for our new Press Corp was most valuable as well.
Thank you again for all of your support.
