Agriculture & Horticulture Development Board

Drawing on our expertise in FMCG and a thorough SWOT analysis and consumer trend research, we developed a multi-channel strategy, integrating social media, influencers, events, and targeted media relations for maximum impact.

Implementation

To position British meat as premium, we partnered with Michelin-starred chefs, tied our campaign to key festivals and cultural events. Media dinners, influencer events, and a Young Chef Competition boosted brand recognition. Social media, including AHDB's recipe bank, engaged chefs and the public, supporting initiatives like trade shows such as HOFEX.

Results

Achieved significant social media reach with 39k on Instagram and 59k on Facebook in a year. Notable media coverage included a journalist dinner with 25 items, a three-page trade media feature, and a China Daily video reaching 82 million OTS. Established relationships with 100+ Hong Kong chefs, hosting tasting events with Michelin-starred chefs.

Emack & Bolios

Managed marketing for this four store franchise for three years, adhering to precise brand guidelines and positioning. Collaborated closely with the UK CEO, HK GM, and retail team to grasp brand limitations and possibilities, leading to tailored, highly creative campaigns for optimal results.

Implementation

Focused on media and influencer relations, utilising product gifting and impactful photography. Campaigns centred on creative concepts resonating with local audiences, aligning with national days, festivals, and cultural events. Supported in-store and retail partner activations and collaborations year-round.

Results

Secured 200+ bi-lingual media and social media mentions annually, reaching an aggregated audience of nearly 1 billion. Cultivated a beloved brand evidenced by thousands of user-generated photos shared on social media by locals and tourists. Both journalists and influencers eagerly anticipated new concepts.

Weave Co-Living

Researched other co-living spaces in London and New York to inform a 6-month plan covering pre-opening, opening, and post-opening phases. Implemented a multi-pronged approach across various media categories, including lifestyle, homes, interiors, and business.

Implementation

Ahead of the opening,  renders and showroom images were issued, complemented by media tours and professional photography sessions during the opening weekend. Investment/funding announcements were made, alongside executive profiling for the owner. Infographics detailing facilities were also distributed.

Results

Secured 150+ bi=lingual media items in top-tier outlets including Bloomberg, Monocle,  SCMP, Oriental Daily, HKET, iMoney, Home Journal with an AVE nearly reaching HK$3.4m. Achieved a 95% occupancy rate within 3 months of opening. Founders received US$181 million in funding for future properties.
