Strategy, Insights, and Success in Hong Kong's Dynamic Market. This includes two half days of Discovery Workshops to understand your brand's goals, define your key messages, target audiences, competitors, and brand positioning for the market. I will also provide feedback on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats and feasibility of the desired direction. During the "Plan" stage, I will develop a six-month public relations and marketing plan for expanding into Hong Kong that you can use to brief a PR agency or be used to execute a campaign yourself. For an additional £500 a month for six months, I can brief and manage the agency for you.
